Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours. If appointments are cancelled the day of or if you NO SHOW, 50% of the service will be charged to your card on file. Any cancellations or reschedules will forfeit their deposit and be required to re-book a new appointment with an additional booking deposit. Clients 10 minutes late will have to reschedule appointment, no exceptions! Please be on time for your service.
